All birdhouses are for decorative use
only. The painting is done with acrylics. Several
coats of a semi-gloss finish are applied
to protect the painting. Commissions would include,
for instance, a plaque on the front
of the house with the family name (and marraige date if requested),
choice of colors and a choice of pet(s)
or no pet on the back of the house.

Please contact me via telephone or
e-mail to place an order or to discuss a commission.
On commissions I will email a digital photograph of the completed work for final approval before
shipment is made. If you choose to cancel the order at that time,
your entire purchase price
will be refunded to you.
Payment
Payment must be in the form of a check
- either personal or cashier's - or money order.
I will also accept bank transfers through
paypal.com.
If payment is made by bank transfer,
money order or cashier 's check,
shipment will be within two (2)business
days after receipt of payment (except for commissioned pieces & photographs).
Please allow 30 days (usually much quicker) from receipt of payment for delivery of commissioned pieces or photographs.
Personal checks must clear my bank
( 7-10 business days) before shipment is made (or as noted above).
Applicable taxes ( MA residents must pay 5% sales tax) will also be added to the cost of the item.
Shipping
All shipping costs will include insurance
(based on value and means of transport).
There will be a small nonrefundable handling charge added to cover the (actual) cost of any packaging materials.
Shipping will be either via UPS Ground or
USPS Priority Service - customer's choice.
Faster USPS or UPS delivery is also available
upon request.

Return/Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied
with your purchase once you receive it,
you will have two (2) weeks from receipt
of the item to contact me - either by phone or email.
The painting, birdhouse, plaque or photograph must
be returned to me by
insured USPS Priority or insured UPS Ground at the customer's expense.
It must be received by me in exactly the same condition it was in when I shipped it.
A full refund will be issued upon the return and inspection of the item.
